Operations Associate
The operations associate will be responsible for working as part of a team to manage the execution of all operational aspects of HRA’s online market research projects.

Recruiter/Interviewer
The recruiter/interviewer engages domestic and international healthcare providers (HCPs) via telephone to qualify and recruit them for participation in quantitative and qualitative research efforts.

Help Desk Technician
The help desk technician provides a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. 

Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for expanding business and market share for HRA within client assigned accounts, developing customer contacts, assessing customer requirements and needs, and actively marketing all of the HRA capabilities.
