Kevin M. Kelly

As Vice President for Technology & Operations at HRA, Kevin serves as the senior strategist and change agent for business technology innovation and process improvement. Kevin works across the company to enhance effectiveness, create efficiencies, and build a stronger value proposition for our customers. Kevin has used his experience to help companies such as BuzzBack, ORC, and Macro International to streamline operations, enhance capabilities, and leverage technology as a strategic asset.

Kevin holds an M.S. degree in Technology Management from George Washington University as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
