This patient record syndicated study seeks to measure current
hospital treatment approaches for ACS by collecting patient records
of 2,250 patients admitted to U.S. hospitals in 2005 with a diagnosis
of:

- Tests - elevated CK/MB, Troponin T or I, ECG, ST depression
or elevation, Creatinine clearance
- Cardiac or diagnostic Cath/PCI/CABG performed
- Stents utilized - bare metal or drug elutings
- Complete longitudinal treatment (admission to discharge)
